Certified Field Trainers (CFT) are direct connection between New Reps and the RVP.
Communication with the Head Coach is essential in knowing the vision and success of the team!
- Did the trainee complete orientation?
- Did the trainee bank their first $1,000 bonus?
- Where are they within the field training process?
- Did they meet promotion standard for District Leader?
- Can the trainee set appts & know team presentation?
- Does the trainee show up/plug in?

Before becoming a CFT, the RVP will observe the Leader in sessions and through hosting events to evaluate confidence and knowledge.

As a CFT, you are responsible with knowing about your book of business regarding your clients and base shop. To become a CFT and maintain the role of a CFT, all licenses must be active and POL (Primerica Online) back office must be active at all times.
