Every recruit starts as an associate.

• Submitted IBA
• Received Rep ID aka Solution #

• Must obtain Life License
• Must complete 1x1 or complete 2 life applications in 30 days
• Business Production help 2 families monthly 
• Cash Flow $3,000 a yr minimum (part-time)

• Must complete 1x3  
• Complete your personal Financial Plan. 
• Income Protection, Investments, Legal Services
• Business Production 1x3 monthly
• Cash Flow $10,000 a yr minimum (part-time)
• Attend at least 2 Masterclasses a month

• Be Coachable and have Leadership Attitude
• Know and Exemplify TNTNation Brand and Mentality
• Must have a Senior Rep partner
• Business Production minimum 3x3 monthly or help 5 clients a month
• Cash flow $12,000 a yr minimum (part-time)
• Must have a 75% QBI (Quality of Business)
• Must be able to set appts, give a clear, concise, and convicting presentation 
• Able to complete Mobile FNA, IBA, Auto/Home/Business Referral
• Attend at least 4 Masterclasses a month

• Know and Exemplify the TNTNation Brand and Mentality
• Able to run appts independently
• Must be able and available Field Train
• Must have a District partner
• At least 5 licensed agents
• Passed SIE Exam (Securities Industry Essentials)
• Business Production minimum 5x5 monthly or help 7 clients monthly
• Must have a 75% QBI (Quality of Business)
•  Cash Flow $25,000 a yr minimum (part-time)
• Attend at least 8 Masterclasses a month

• Be Commited to TNTNation Business Plan
• Must Exemplify the TNTNation Brand and Mentality
• Must be a Field Trainer
• Must have 3 District partners
• At least 10 codes (licensed agents)
• Fully Licensed in Insurance and Investments
• Business Production 7x7,500 minimum 
• Cash Flow $50,000 a yr minimum  
• Must have a 75% QBI (Quality of Business)
• Attend at least 10 Masterclass Trainings monthly

• Positioning to transition to sign RVP Contract
• Know the TNTNation Business Plan
• Must exemplify the TNTNation Brand and Mentality
• Must be a Field Trainer
• Must have 6 District partners
• At least 20 codes (licensed agents)
• Fully Licensed in Insurance and Investments
• Business Production  20X20 two months consecutively (SIGN RVP CONTRACT) 
• Cash Flow $60,000 a yr minimum 
• Must have a 75% QBI (Quality of Business)
• Attend ALL Masterclass Trainings monthly

• MUST BE FULL TIME
• Must be Fully Licensed (Life, Securities- 6, 63, 26)
• Must have 6 Qualified District Leaders
• Must have a strong Management Exchange to sign RVP Contract able to maintain minimum 10x10 after exchange
• Business Production 20x20
• Cash flow $100,000 a yr
• 75% QBI (Quality of Business)
• 85% Persistency
